Salsa

I've been having alot of fun trying out different salsa recipes. I think I found the winner! I did a taste test at work yesterday and it was unanimous. It's so yummy and so easy. Who would have known. Now I need to tweak it so I can actually preserve it which will be the next step in my experimentation. I'll share the recipe when it's perfected!!!
